With the help of our friends and family, we’ve carved out a special place in the heart of Malheur County. Frequently Asked Questions

Can you share some tips for keeping my arrangement fresh?

  • First, gently unwrap your bouquet, and give the stems a fresh cut at a diagonal angle. Place them in a clean vase filled with lukewarm water immediately.
  • Ensure no leaves are submerged in the water, then arrange the flowers to your liking in a cozy spot away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Remember to change the water every two days, recut the stems, and monitor the water level. If your environment is dry, mist the flowers to keep them from wilting. 
  • Don’t forget to remove any fading blooms as they appear, and avoid placing your bouquet near fruit bowls, as fruit emits gas that can age the flowers faster.

Do you offer same-day service?

Absolutely! For same-day service, just place your arrangement order by 11 AM. If it’s after that time, don’t worry – we’ll ensure it’s ready for you first thing the following day. Our team typically starts crafting flower arrangements within an hour of your order to provide you with prompt and personalized service. And, of course, you’re welcome to pick up your items on the same day as well.

Do you recycle vases?

Yes! We also make an effort to recycle other items. Occasionally, kind-hearted individuals drop off various items, and we gladly take on the responsibility of sorting through them to determine what can be recycled. Your support is appreciated!
